In what ways does your media products use,develop or challanged conventions of real media texts.
This video explains how we have used conventions of real media texts in all three o our media producs, the music video, digi pack and the album advertisement.
Digi Pack
The back cover of the digi pack consists of polariod photos of the artist and also some locations which we see during the music video. we chose to use the polariods as it sticks with the theme of indie pop which is a theme that rund throughtout the digi pack. Having photos on the back cover is typical for an album cover, the photos are either of the artist or something that links in with them. Also on the back cover the list of songs that are on the album have been included this is something that we would usually see on the back cover. Lastly, on the back cover we have included the record label th artist is signed to this is typical to a digi pack as the artist is connected to the record label.
